Snake + Herring Bizarre Love Triangle pinot gris 2025

This has always delivered a most attractive example of pinot gris from the Great Southern. The colour is a slight copper-toned hue, which is very much synonymous with the variety. The nose is typical of the apple crumble, grilled pear-like characters that you get. It's clean, crisp, with a fine, persistent palate sustained by a lovely little acidity. Excellent current drinking wine.
