A lighter-bodied pinot gris, but one with good flavour and intensity on that light body. Clean, crisp citrusy, aptly pear notes and then a palate that is lightly framed with fine acidity, finishing with linear precision. Nice current-drinking wine.

A single-vineyard pinot grigio sourced from Pemberton, where the cool climate suits the style and variety perfectly. It shows primary apple and pear crumble characters, while extended time on lees adds additional texture rarely seen in this variety. The result is a wine that is immensely pleasurable and thoroughly delicious—one of the best examples of pinot grigio I have tasted.

Pinot Gris

Sourced from several vineyards throughout the South West. Opens with a mix of apple and melon with lychee honey and citrus. The palate is flavoursome but neatly restrained to deliver through to a long finish. Nice lift of spicey lychee on the finish with a lick of citrus tang.

The colour is the faintest of copper pink from the small amount of skin contact in the early stages. Captures the apple and pear crumbly characters of the variety. The lift of lemon zest adds another dimension. The palate is clean and crisp with a slippery textural feel.

This Great Southern sourced pinot gris has emerge from the heat of the hottest vintage in pretty good shape. Nice aromatics of apple and pear lead through into a textured and smooth palate with a slight viscosity that makes it such good current drinking.

A light and delicate pinot grigio that has performed rather well in this hot vintage. Light aromas of apple and pear with a subtle citrus edge and a trace of crumbly pastry. The palate is fine and linear with good flavour intensity.

If you’re into your pinot grigio then this little guy is just the ticket. Has a slightly pinkish colour which you can get with this variety. Spicy apple and pear with a little crumbly biscuit on the nose. The palate has is textured with the crisp acid sustaining a clean finish.
