Snake + Herring aims to showcase Western Australian regional styles and single-vineyard wines. Over the past two years they have evolved and now organically manage 3 vineyards in Yallingup, Wilyabrup and Forest Grove. The wines are very good, with the aim of matching fruit and style, while occasionally pushing boundaries into new areas. Given both Davis and Sweeny’s experience in the WA wine industry, they know where the best fruit is being grown and are able to slice and dice it into their range of wines.
