Snake + Herring Corduroy Chardonnay 2022

A wine that has developed a consistent style over the years. This one seems slightly less overt than some previously and I do like its degree of restraint while still not compromising on the intensity and complexity, especially on the palate. Honeycomb, nectarine and almond meal find their way into the palate. It builds relentlessly to a very long and quite powerful finish.
