One of the most individual of all Australian cabernets in that it is matured in 100% new American oak. It’s a blend of Coonawarra, Barossa, Padthaway and McLaren Vale. This is one of the best with the oak influence less profound than some previously. Loads of dark fruits merging seamlessly with cedar and black olive, with a slightly meaty gamey character.
