Myattsfield shiraz 2023

Sourced from two vineyards within the Perth Hills, this wine is fermented traditionally before being pressed to new and one-year-old American oak puncheons. The American oak suits the fruit beautifully. Colour is bright and vibrant, with aromas of dark fruits, spices, and a touch of chocolate. The medium-bodied palate has a vibrancy and energy as it dances effortlessly through to a sustained finish. A thoroughly enjoyable wine.
