Mr Barval Chardonnay 2023

This is such a bright and beautiful chardonnay showing tremendous intensity and vibrancy from this outstanding vintage. Whole bunch pressed to oak with wild fermentation and some malolactic fermentation with lees stirring for textural impact. It has a bright crisp minerality with spicy creamy stone fruit and cutting grapefruit edging in. Very long and precise palate.
