Houghton Wisdom Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This was made when we had that little matter of Covid. It was a very short and quick warmish vintage in Margaret River, and the fruit was excellent. This is bright and vibrant from the start. Aromas of plummy, minerally blackcurrant with a lifted bay leaf and black olive nuance. The palate is more medium bodied with a fine thread of minerally tannins and fine-grained oak in support. It’s an elegant and precise wine of style.
