Hillbille Estate cabernet merlot 2026

A supple, gentle, easy-drinking red wine capturing this lovely vintage and all its fruitful glories. A little mix of blackcurrant and dark fruitcake with some nice savoury spices. Medium-bodied and juicy, with vibrant red fruits, supported by some fine tannins and just a subtle persuasion of oak. Neatly presented wine.
