Fervor Julietta chardonnay 2024

A lavish and powerful chardonnay that combines tremendous richness with an underlying elegance. It’s a funkier style, evident immediately on the nose, with a richly textured palate displaying impressive length and power. Around 60% new barriques gives it structure and poise, while plenty of lees stirring over 10 months has contributed to the luxurious texture. There’s also that slightly struck-match, savoury gunflint character on the finish. The fruit is all from Denmark, giving this wine its distinctive regional expression.
