Fervor was born in late 2020 with father Mike and son Callum joining forces to pursue their winemaking passions. Fervor is all about integrity - making wines that are true expressions of style - not chasing trends or false claims. Mike is a veteran of 26 years, mostly in the Great Southern, establishing a small contract winemaking business and 14 years as chief winemaker at Castelli Wines. He is currently chief winemaker at Plantagenet Wines. Recently, Callum returned to home soil, after 5 years in Geelong with iconic producer Lethbridge. This coincides with Fervor taking on the Wignalls 11Ha vineyard in Albany.
