Fervor Edward Syrah 2022

Another cracking good wine, sourced from Frankland River. The 2022 vintage was an excellent year, and this one, which is made from the exciting clone 470, loads every bit of Frankland richness and flavour into its perfectly formed frame. Rich spicy dark chocolate, just a faint hint of ironstone, and a little mocha on the nose. The palate is so supple and rich, but it has poise and integrated refinement. That combination of blackberry and plum, with just a little mulberry, adds complexity. A wine with a tremendous future.
