Fervor Burning Violins pinot noir 2025

A beautifully perfumed and seductive pinot noir with tremendous concentration and impressive balance. The nose is quite extraordinary, with raspberry and cherry supported by a slightly savoury, spicy and chalky character. The palate is light to medium-bodied but packed with fruit intensity, while the wine is supremely balanced and intricately integrated. Some whole bunch has given it structure and, as it breathes, a beautifully seductive perfume emerges. This is the first release from the Wignalls vineyard, which was planted in 1982, and it shows the character and potential of this old vineyard.
