Credaro 1000 Crowns chardonnay 2025

I’ve seen a gradual but significant refinement of this wine over the years, and this is certainly one of the finest. It was well fermented, and the subsequent use of solids has brought complexity, richness and texture. The nose is dominated by lemon pith, grapefruit and white stone fruit characters. The palate is rich and quite lavish, but that fine driving minerality keeps it tight and linear. The oak is neatly incorporated and, all round, this is a highly impressive wine of great balance.
