Castle Rock Estate Diletti Chardonnay 2021

Diletti has built quite a bit if winemaking into this very good chardonnay from what was a cooler season. After barrel fermentation, extended lees contact with solids has built a rich textural element into the palate. Aromas of grapefruit and mealy cashew characters on the nose. The palate is rich, but the tight linear savoury element defines the focus and length. One of the best chardonnays from Castle Rock.
