I have always thought there should be more of this Rhone variety planted in WA. A wine like this supports my argument. Captures the typical lemon characters of the variety. The fermentation has been in stainless steel but the time on lees brings that palate richness into play. Has developed a nice stone fruit richness with a typical lemon zest and honeysuckle character a hallmark of the variety.
