A wine that screams ‘drink me’. It captures the variety rather well. Dried herbs float across the nuances of raspberry and cherry with subtle savoury influences. The palate is medium weight with a mix of sweet ripe fruit and dry savoury characters. It is aimed squarely at current drinking with Mediterranean dishes.
