The warmer '24 vintage seems to have suited this wine, which has been a consistent performer for Hay Shed Hill over many years. Loads of black fruit, licorice, and dark cherry, with a vibrant raspberry nuance that adds lift through the middle palate. It's supple and generous, with gentle use of oak complementing a wine ideally suited for drinking in the short term, while the primary, energetic fruit characters remain dominant.
