Ray Jordan’s review
This is consistently one of the best value and most approachable red wines released in WA each year. In this case, it's a blend of shiraz, malbec, and grenache, with each providing key components to the wine. The shiraz gives it the grunt and the strength, the malbec the fleshy red fruits of the mid palate, and grenache some high-end floral aromatics that are quite beautiful. It's soft and supple with some nice supporting fine chalky tannins, perhaps a lick of oak, and that soft palate-coating fruit that is so appealing. Super wine for drinking over the next few years.
