Does the old heart good to see this combination of shiraz and cabernet work its magic. First indications of what we have are the aromas of mulberry and spicy plum with a trace of brick dust and chocolate. Then the palate releases with its concentrated intensity. Grainy palate seems to be a vineyard thing with the fine-grained oak and fine sinewy tannins sitting neatly. Bright and vibrant.
