So, you think you know sauvignon blanc? Well, try this one. It's from the Great Southern and shows quite a different take on this variety. The aromas have subtle fruit notes, with a squeeze of lemon and some light oak influence. The palate is deeply complex, layered, and very long. This is an expression of sauvignon blanc that I could really get to love.
