A riesling with a distinctive character that has much to do with the making approach of wild yeast fermentation and this part of the world. A highly individual aroma of spicy citrus with a little musk stick complexity. The approach in the winery also introduced a textural element to distinguish it from other rieslings. So well balanced and finished.
