Millbrook Estate shiraz viognier 2023

Millbrook has championed this classic combination, and in this case, just 3% of the white, spicy viognier makes all the difference as it brings that gingery, apricotty, stone-fruit combination into the equation. The aromas are nicely balanced, and the viognier certainly doesn't overshadow the plush fruits. There is a firm thread of tannin, but there is ample rich and quite opulent flavour to handle that along with the support of some nice oak. Perfectly balanced in every way.
