Millbrook is an award-winning winery and highly acclaimed two-hat restaurant in the Perth Hills, nestled among jarrah forests with stunning vistas of the rolling countryside. The estate vineyards were first planted by Peter Fogarty in 1996 after he was inspired by two Rhone varietals, viognier and shiraz, now the Millbrook benchmark style. The range as been expanded in recent years taking advantage of access to fruit in different areas.
