Millbrook is a boutique winery and restaurant in the historic town of Jarrahdale in the Perth Hills. The winery is located on picturesque Chestnut Farm nestled among jarrah forests with stunning vistas of the rolling landscape. The origins of Chestnut Farm date back to the 19th century, with the first vines planted in 1865. The estate vineyards were first planted by Peter Fogarty in 1996 after he was inspired by two Rhone varietals, viognier and shiraz, now the Millbrook benchmark style. The range as been expanded in recent years taking advantage of access to fruit in different areas.
