Millbrook Regional Range sauvignon blanc 2025

This is a blend of Margaret River and Geographe fruit. It's a classically dry, slightly perfumed, and fruity expression of this variety, but with the focus and lift coming from a zesty, slightly herbaceous lime combination. It's clean and crisp, with a little passionfruit and guava adding complexity. But ultimately, this is a wine designed for drinking in the short term, while all those beautiful, vibrant fruit characters are still so evident.
