McHenry Hohnen Rocky Road shiraz 2023

This is such a bright and brilliant shiraz from this vintage. It’s loaded with dark cherry and plum, with a touch of blackberry just adding that final lift on the nose. The palate is soft and supple, with bright fruits and real energy. It’s supported by fine, gentle tannins and just a touch of oak to add interest. An ideal wine for drinking over the next few years.
