Mad Fish Gold Turtle chardonnay 2024

For a wine selling for around $20, there is a bit of class in this Margaret River chardonnay. Picked earlier to miss a lot of the heat. Fermented in French oak with lees stirring to add palate richness and complexity. Creamy with subtle cashew and citrus characters. The palate is tightly held through the core but with ample flesh for current drinking.
