Howard Park Petit Jeté blanc de blancs NV

This is an exceptional 100% chardonnay sparkling wine that comes out of the Pemberton region. It's a delicately refined sparkling wine but with penetration and length. Aromas of lemon brioche and subtle saline notes a little sea spray. Then a palate that is balanced and linear. Has some lovely crunchy fruit with the added complexity coming from 18 months on lees. It's also introduced a subtle textural element. A most complete and impressive sparkling wine.
