Such an elegant and sleek example of Great Southern cabernet. The aromas show a slightly wild brambly blackcurrant character with lifted spices from the cooler climes. The palate is concentrated with dark fruits and a splash of red. It's more in the medium bodied zone with the thread of graphite and steely minerality holding it to a tight line to the finish.
