Howard Park Jeté Méthode Traditionnelle rosé NV

A blend of pinot and chardonnay from the southwest of the state. After fermenting in older French oak and some stainless steel, the wine is blended before release after spending at least 24 months on lees. That’s an important part of the process, as it introduces palate texture. Plenty of nice red fruits, a little brioche, subtle yeasty notes, and a very fine, lingering bead. Quite a beautiful rosé style.
