This takes the standard, and almost always exceptional chardonnay, into another zone of complexity and character. The nose displays a deeper concentration of fruit and winemaking artifact with notes of roasted cashew, hazelnut and a lemon curd richness. The palate is layered with an intensity of powerful fruit that finishes with a distinct savoury chalkiness.
