This is quite a sophisticated chardonnay for this price. It’s a leaner and more tightly framed wine than you might expect, yet the fruit intensity and prettiness of 2023 emerges. Slightly citrus and a light steely minerality with a chalky acidity provides the keen focus. Lively finish completes a tidy wine.
