The saline minerality with slightly chalky dust character is the first indication of the style. Lean and linear. Aromas are all about subtlety. Subtle butterscotch, grapefruit and meal with a little roasted nuttiness. The palate is so beautifully framed and focused, gathering itself through the middle to deliver to a long finish.
