Xanadu Vinework Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The cooler vintage has contributed to a wine of style and elegance, yet still displaying the essential varietal blackcurrant and light bay leaf characters. A little graphite minerality emerges on the nose. The palate is so well balanced with chalky tannins complementing the mix of black olive and blackcurrant fruit flavours. Nice subtle use of oak.
