Wise The Philosopher Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

This is an opulent and riper style of cabernet sourced from the Donnybrook region. Loaded with dark plummy fruit pudding fruit characters on the nose and palate. There's a little black cherry and dark chocolate richness with a grainy oak contribution. A wine for immediate enjoyment while those youthful fruit characters are so evident.
