Wise Eagle Bay chardonnay 2025

This Margaret River chardonnay uses Dijon clones and, after wild fermentation and lees stirring, it spent 10 months in oak. This season worked mighty well for chardonnay. The warmth has provided deep, powerful intensity, but the Dijon clone has just refined and tightened it with a delightful chalky, minerally acidity.
