Wise Eagle Bay Barrel Select Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This is cabernet through and through. The nose says it all. Blackcurrant, graphite and a little bay leaf. The palate delivers more in the medium to full-bodied zone with tremendous depth and concentration. Has been seamlessly pulled together with the oak, tannin and fruit working in perfect harmony. The final blend comes from a barrel cull, and it's resulted in a superb wine of structure and poise.
