Wise Barrel Select Chardonnay 2023

This comes from a single parcel of fruit which after hand picking was pressed to one-year-old and new French oak, naturally fermented and then left for 10 months with regular lees stirring. Has a really vibrant and almost racy edge to it with a flinty dry palate feel, that holds a deep and intense palate to a long line. A fine linear style.
