This is 80% semillon. Has a nice a saline savoury briny character rather than the normal tropical gooseberry lift. It’s all unoaked and has plenty of weight on the palate albeit with a fine lifting acidity to sustain the finish. Stays on the back palate for a long time. Has done well in the show scene. This is mostly from semillon grown on the estate. The acid balance is very good.
