A generous, yet still structurally defined cabernet sourced from low yielding established vines. Dark chocolate, plush mulberry and bright red slightly jubey cherry. It’s an engaging aroma to open. The palate is intricately woven with fine tannins and fine-grained oak lacing the deep and concentrated fruit into a seamless expression through to a long finish. A racy vibrant acidity really lifts.
