Voyager Estate Coastal Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

The colour is quite brilliant; almost luminous and so bright. It’s a firmish medium bodied cabernet displaying plenty of leafy blackcurrant fruit characters on the nose. It comes from the younger blocks on the site, and gets a fair whack of merlot. Has a chalky tannin mouthfeel with a nice bright red fruit mix. The oak is slightly more assertive but sits back comfortably as it breathes.
