This has emerged as consistently one of the best roses in the State. Captures the modern dry yet textured style well. Lifted perfumes of strawberry and pomegranate. The palate is dry as chips with a neatly constructed textural feel. Crisp acid and a penetrating lingering flavour profile. Take me to the south of France.
