This wine has really started to move into its best work. A precisely defined cabernet showing the character of this vintage. Blackcurrant and scented cedary oak complement each other while the chalky tannins provide the structural base and palate definition. A little black olive and faint oyster shell minerality. The palate is really coming into its own.
