Talisman Zinfandel 2021

This slightly cooler season has resulted in a more restrained and stylish zin. The nose opens with distinctive aromas of liqueur cherry and raspberry dominating over the slightly confectionary jubey characters. The palate is remarkably soft and supple with a vanillin oak influence emerging and some slightly grainy tannins sitting within. Smooth.
