Talisman WildChild Riesling 2023

This is a sort of modern old style of riesling. Old in that it was fermented in old oak, modern in that many younger winemakers are dabbling in this throw-back approach. The approach seems to heighten the vineyard musk characters and mute the citrus. It's also created a more textural and less tense expression of the fruit. So, it's quite an appealing point of difference.
