Talisman Arida Rose 2024

This has developed over the years into one of the best roses from WA. It’s made from cabernet sauvignon, which in this year especially, seems to have worked really well. It’s pale pink and then an aroma of savoury red berry emerges. The palate has a slightly textural feel which comes from some time on yeast lees. Excellent.
