A bolder and slightly older style chardonnay with a modern twist producing its linear refined structure. Loads of white peach and nectarine with a trace of quince paste complexity and richness. The palate is bright and almost crystalline with its crunchy minerality a feature. A dry savoury struck match adds to the finish.
