Stormflower Vineyard Silver Lining 2023

Here's another example of the versatility of chenin blanc. In this case, making a delightful sparkling wine. It was partly barrel-fermented and then bottle-fermented in a largely méthode traditionnelle way. It's created a wine of freshness and vibrancy, with beautiful fragrant fruit aromas and a palate that is dry, clean, crisp and almost refreshing. It has a lovely, fine, lingering finish and a bright, lively bead. There's a very subtle creaminess which gives it a lovely palate feel.
