Sittella Méthode Traditionnelle Louis Jack Berns blanc de blancs 2018

This is such a delightful, delicate, and engaging sparkling wine, made from chardonnay. The aromas are quite floral, with a slightly smoky citrus note. The palate, though displaying that degree of delicacy, has sustained power through to a long finish, with a crisp citrus-like tang and some lovely autolysis-like characters. Excellent wine.
