Okay, so here is something special. Its 100% chardonnay and after bottling spent 12 years on lees before disgorgement. The result is an outstanding example of Australian sparkling wine that would have the French trembling in their riddling racks. Intense aromas of butterscotch and toasty marmalade with a bright fresh lemon citrus lift. The palate is layered and deeply complex but still with so much vibrant life and energy. The crisp fine acid sustains the super long finish.
